Memorial South Neighborhood Block Watch Network

On September 12, 2004 residents from the area south of Memorial Middle School from 4th Street to the border of the City of Paterson joined our block watch family. A ceremony was held at the entrance to Memorial Middle School with Assemblyman Robert Gordon, the Mayor and Council and Police Chief Erik Rose to welcome the new block watch on board.

The Memorial South Neighborhood Block Watch Network was formed by it’s coordinator, Todd Newman and now joins the Memorial North Block Watch which was formed in March to extend the area of both block watches from Fair Lawn Ave. to the Passaic River (south bound) and from 4th St. to the Passaic River (westbound).

The Fair Lawn Police Department salutes the members of both newly formed block watches for working to make Fair Lawn and their neighborhoods a safer place.
