Borough Ordinance requires
all vehicles
that are parked at either of the train station lots,
the DPW/commuter bus
parking lot, or Eldorado
Village,
Knollcroft Gardens, Bergen Properties, Fair Lawn Park
Estates, or Hollow Run parking areas display a valid permit for the specific parking
area. (For the DPW/commuter bus parking lot
only, daily
parking meters can be used, which do not
require a permit)
The parking lots/areas
are checked every weekday
(excluding holidays) and violators are ticketed.
All permits expire on December 31 and must be renewed annually.
The current permit fee schedule, including the quarterly pro-rated fees,
is listed below. The purchase of a parking permit does not
guarantee an available parking space. Spaces are on a first
come, first served basis. People wishing to
renew
a permit
must renew by mail only!
To renew a permit,
please fill out the application form and mail
it to the Fair Lawn Police Department's Records

stamped envelope and either a check or money order with the appropriate
